This picture is of the Witney war memorial statue. I liked this as a photo because it has the saying, 'THEIR NAME LIVETH FOR EVERMORE'. I would have liked it better if I had just zoomed into the saying.
The content of the work is mainly about getting used to the camera, but also taking pictures that represent something or another. The photo, to me, is immediately obvious to see. The subject matter contains religious content, as all war memorials have some form of religion on them.
The work is arranged formally, I think. It looks nice how the photo is arranged in the middle of the page, and the written aspect filling all the page. The colour is just normal - the colours have not been altered on the picture, and the writing is just a typical black.
I guess this photo contains a sad vibe, but also a proud one. It's also quiet - - - it's sad because we've lost people that fought for us, but also proud because they fought for our country. It's quiet because it's meant to be a restless place.
A typical photographic camera was used to take the photo. When I immediately saw the memorial, I took a picture of it. Although, it did take me a while to find the old-English saying at the back.

I saw this photo of graffiti.I looked like 'fine art' to me. It caught my eye so I made a quick decision to take a photo of it.
The subject matter may not be obvious to some, as the graffiti could be placed on anything. In fact, the graffiti was done on a bin in the public park.
I zoomed in to catch only the graffiti itself and the black background.
I guess, judging by the colours, that it has a wild vibe. Graffiti is usually in-your-face and wild to see, so it creates a wild mood.
